The apartment is set in landscaped grounds that are accessed through a remotely controlled electric gate. Mature olive and palm trees, and many shrubs enhance the Mediterranean feel. The roads and paths are lit for easy visibility at night.

Near the pool is a children's play area with swings, see-saw, climbing frame and sand pit with digger. The apparatus is surrounded by safety matting.
Swimming pool

The large communal swimming pool is open during the summer months. Surrounded by a spacious terrace, the pool is enclosed within a safety fence. Sun loungers are provided.
The apartment has one allotted car parking space adjacent to the entrance. Spaces for additional vehicles and visitors are also available.
