The Lounge and Dining Area (Sejour)

Comfortably furnished with 2 armchairs and a settee that folds down to become a double bed. A small unit houses a TV, DVD player, and a stereo CD/cassette/radio system with twin speakers. A selection of DVDs and CDs is provided. The extending dining table will seat 6 people. Patio doors lead from the dining area onto the spacious front loggia where you will find an outside dining table with 6 chairs, 2 loungers, parasol and electric barbeque.

The Kitchen
Fully equipped to a high standard with a large fridge/freezer, full size oven and ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is a coffee maker, kettle, ample cooking pots, tableware and utensils.
Bedrooms

One double bedroom and one twin, both with bedside cabinets and spacious built in wardrobes/shelf units. There is another built in cupboard in the hall. Patio doors lead from the double bedroom to the rear loggia where there are 2 patio chairs and a small table.
Bathroom and Shower room
The main bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, washbasin, WC and washing machine. The shower room has a shower unit, washbasin and WC.
Also provided are an ironing board and iron, hair dryer, cool box, vacuum cleaner and the usual cleaning equipment.
